Gizlilik Politikası  

Aşağıdaki bilgiler E-bisiklet’in, size talep ettiğiniz hizmetleri sağlamak için veya bize kişisel bilgilerinizi vermeyi tercih ettiğinizde, kişisel bilgilerinizi ne şekilde topladığını ve kullanabileceğini açıklamaktadır.

Konum Bilgileri

E-Bisiklet kullanıcıların konum bilgileri alarak rota ve alınan yol mesafesi hesaplanmak zorundadır. Bu nedenden dolayı kullanıcılardan iki konum izni seçeneğinden birisini seçmelidir aksi takdirde uygulamanın bazı fonksiyonları çalışmayacaktır.

Yalnızca uygulamayı kullanırken verilen konum izni kullanıcıların E-Bisiklet uygulamasını sadece uygulama açıkken kullanabilmelerine olanak sağlamaktadır. E-Bisiklet kullanıcılardan konum bilgilerini uygulama sadece ön plandayken konum bilgilerini kaydedebilir ve uygulama arka plana alındığı andan itibaren konum bilgisini toplamayı bırakır.

Her zaman izin ver seçeneği seçiliyken kullanıcıların uygulamanın hem ön planda iken hem de arka planda iken konum bilgisini kaydetmesine olanak sağlar. Konum bilgisinin kayıt edilmesi yalnızca kullanıcılar tur başlattıklarında kayıt edilir, tur bitirilince uygulama açık olsa dahi kullanıcıların konum bilgilerini kesinlikle herhangi bir sunucuya kayıt etmez.

Konum Bilgilerinin Toplanması

E-bisiklet olarak kullanıcılardan yanlızca kullanıcılar izin verdiklerinde kullanıcıların konumlarını sadece kendilerine gösteririz, üçüncü taraflar ile paylaşmayız. Konum bilgileri kullanıcıya yanlızca kendi geçmiş konumlarını listelemek istediklerinde gösteririz.

 

 

Bilgi Toplama

E-bisiklet gizliliğinize tamamen saygı duymaktadır ve kişisel bilgilerinizi korumak için elinden gelen çabayı sarf edecektir.

Belirli amaçlar doğrultusunda kayıt veya formları gönüllü olarak doldurmak üzere e-bilgileri okumak için Kimlik Numarası, adınız, kimlik bilgileriniz, doğum tarihiniz , iletişim bilgileri, e-posta istenilen hizmet veya bilgiler ve diğer benzer kişisel bilgilerinizi sağladığınız takdirde, kişisel bilgilerinizin kullanımını anladığınız ve kabul ettiğiniz zaman 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’na uygun olarak işlenmesi ve E-bisiklet 'in kişisel bilgilerinizi belirli amaçlar için kullanabilmesini onayladığınız varsayılacaktır.

Hizmetimizi kullanırken, Sizden, Sizinle iletişim kurmak veya sizi tanımlamak için kullanılabilecek  belirli kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgileri sağlamanızı isteyebiliriz. Kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgiler aşağıdakileri içerebilir, ancak bunlarla sınırlı değildir:

Toplanan Bilgilerin Kullanımı

Kişisel bilgileriniz sadece E-bisiklet’in: belirli belgelere ve/veya hizmetlere yönelik taleplerinizi karşılamak, istenen bilgileri göndermek, bir başvuruyu işleme koymak, bir işlemi yürütme gibi iş amaçları doğrultusunda kullanılacaktır.

Bununla birlikte, E-bisiklet kişisel bilgilerinizin belirli kısımlarını yasal yetkililere, kolluk kuvvetlerine ve devlet görevlilerine talep edildiği takdirde sağlayabilir; ve E-bisiklet kişisel bilgilerinizin belirli kısımlarını, E-bisiklet'i ve halkı korumak için makul şekilde gerekli gördüğünde, son derece kısıtlı bir alıcı kapsamı içinde açıklayabilir. Kişisel bilgilerinizi sağladığınızda, bu tür olayların meydana gelebilmesini önceden görmüş ve kabul etmiş sayılacaksınız.

Bilgilerinizin Üçüncü Taraflara Açıklanması

E-bisiklet'in web sitesi üçüncü tarafların web sitelerine veya web adreslerine çok sayıda bağlantı içermektedir; E-bisiklet kişisel bilgilerinizi söz konusu üçüncü taraflara açıklamayacak ve üçüncü tarafların gizlilik politikaları nedeniyle sorumlu tutulmayacaktır.

E-bisiklet, hizmetlere yönelik taleplerinizi daha iyi şekilde yerine getirebilmek için kişisel bilgilerinizi paylaşabilir. Elbette E-bisiklet kişisel bilgilerinizi sadece sizin rızanızla paylaşacaktır.

Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’ndan doğan haklarınız nelerdir?

Belediyemize başvurarak KVKK uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin;

Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,

Kişisel verileri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,

Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,

Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,

Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,

KVK Kanunu’nun ve ilgili diğer kanun hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenmiş olmasına rağmen, işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde kişisel verilerin silinmesine veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu kapsamda yapılan işlemin kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,

İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,

Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme hakkına sahiptir.

Bu amaçla yaptığınız başvurunun ek bir maliyet gerektirmesi durumunda, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenecek tarifedeki ücret tutarını ödemeniz gerekebilir. Başvurunuzda yer alan talepleriniz, talebin niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde sonuçlandırılacaktır.

KVK Kanunu’nun 13.maddesinin 1.fıkrası gereğince, yukarıda belirtilen haklarınızı kullanmak ile ilgili talebinizi, yazılı veya Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nun belirlediği diğer yöntemlerle Belediyemize iletebilirsiniz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu, şu aşamada herhangi bir yöntem belirlemediği için, başvurunuzu, KVK Kanunu gereğince, yazılı olarak Belediyemize iletmeniz gerekmektedir.

E-bisiklet 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kasıtlı olarak kişisel bilgiler toplamaz veya onlara kişisel bilgileri için talepler göndermez.

Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Hakkında Aydınlatma Metni

Öncelikle başvurumuza gösterdiğiniz ilgi için teşekkür ederiz. E-bisiklet olarak kişisel verilerinizin korunmasını ve kişisel verilerin korunması mevzuatına uygun davranmayı önemsiyoruz. Başvuru için kayıt yaptırmadan önce lütfen aşağıda yer alan bilgilendirme metnini okuyunuz.

Adınız, soyadınız, iletişim bilgileriniz ve adres bilgilerinizi Talep,istek,öneri,şikayet vs. yaptırmanız sırasında kayıt formu vasıtasıyla otomatik olarak elde edilmekte ve işlenmektedir. Başvuru sırasında fotoğraf gönderilmesi halinde, görsel kayıtlarınız (fotoğraflarınız) da işlenebilecektir. Kişisel verilerinizin bir bölümü hizmet talebinizi işleme almak ve etkinlik yönetimi amacıyla ilgili birimlerimize ve etkinlik hizmet sağlayıcılarına aktarılabilecektir. Başvuru kayıt formu ile elde edilen kişisel verileriniz, operasyonel ve hizmetlerin karşılanması amacıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nde bulunan E-bisiklet bünyesindeki sunuculara aktarılmakta ve bünyesinde saklanmaktadır.

Gizlilik Politikası Nedir?

Bu uygulama politikası E-bisiklet tarafından veya onlar adına yürütülen web siteleri ve Mobil Platformlar veya web siteleri üzerinden erişilen, kullanılan platformlar içindir.

İşbu aydınlatma metnine ilişkin sorularınız veya yukarıda belirtilen haklarınıza ilişkin talepleriniz için bize bu link aracılığıyla ulaşabilirsiniz. Tarafınıza otuz günü aşmamak kaydıyla mümkün olan en kısa sürede dönüş yapılacaktır.

The following information explains how E-Bisiklet collects and can use your personal information to provide you with the services you request or when you choose to provide us with your personal information.

Location Information

E-bisiklet users have to calculate the route and the distance traveled by taking the location information. For this reason, users should choose one of the two location permission options, otherwise some functions of the application will not work.

The location permission given only while using the application allows users to use the E-Bike application only when the application is open. E-Bike can save location information from users only when the application is in the foreground, and the application stops collecting location information from the moment it goes into the background.

Allows users to save location information both in the foreground and in the background when the Always allow option is selected. Recording the location information is only recorded when the users start the tour, even if the application is open when the tour is finished, it does not record the location information of the users to any server.

Collection of Location Information

As an E-bisiklet, we only show the location of the users to themselves when the users give permission, we do not share them with third parties. We only show location information to the user when they want to list their past location.

Data collection

E-bisiklet fully respects your privacy and will do its best to protect your personal information.

If you provide your Identity Number, name, identity information, date of birth, contact information, e-mail service or information requested and other similar personal information to read e-information for registration or voluntarily filling out forms for certain purposes, you understand and accept the use of your personal information. When you do so, it will be assumed that you approve the processing in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and that E-bisiklet can use your personal information for certain purposes.

When using our Service, we may ask You to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to.

Use of Collected Information

Your personal information will only be used for E-bisiklet's business purposes such as: fulfilling your requests for certain documents and/or services, sending the requested information, processing an application, executing a transaction.

However, E-bisiklet may provide certain parts of your personal information to law enforcement, law enforcement and government officials upon request; and E-bisiklet may disclose certain parts of your personal information to a very limited scope of recipients when reasonably necessary to protect E-bisiklet and the public. By providing your personal information, you will be deemed to have foreseen and accepted the occurrence of such events.

Disclosure of Your Information to Third Parties

E-bisiklet's website contains numerous links to websites or web addresses of third parties; E-bisiklet will not disclose your personal information to such third parties and will not be held responsible for the third parties' privacy policies.

E-bisiklet may share your personal information in order to better fulfill your requests for services. Of course, E-bisiklet will only share your personal information with your consent.

What are your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law?

By applying to our municipality, your personal data in accordance with KVKK;

Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,

Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

In the event that personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

If your application for this purpose requires an additional cost, you may have to pay the fee in the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests in your application will be finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can send your request to our Municipality in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application in writing to our Municipality in accordance with the KVK Law.

Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data

Dear Visitor,

First of all, thank you for your interest in our application. As E-bisiklet, we care about the protection of your personal data and to act in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Before registering for the application, please read the information text below.

Your name, surname, contact information and address information. Request, suggestion, complaint etc. It is obtained and processed automatically through the registration form during your registration. If photographs are sent during the application, your visual records (photos) can also be processed. Some of your personal data may be transferred to our relevant units and event service providers for the purpose of processing your service request and event management. Your personal data obtained with the application registration form is transferred to the servers within the body of E-bisiklet in the Republic of Turkey and stored in order to meet the operational and services.

What is Privacy Policy?

This application policy is for websites operated by or on behalf of E-bike and platforms accessed, used through Mobile Platforms or websites.
